hi babes, some suggestions i have here that i hope u'll take into consideration :)

1. more varied designs and styles for earrings - i only joined the mailing list sometime ago. noticed that most of the earring designs are flower studs. would be great if there are other styles for studs and some dangling ones too.

2. customisation - the designs for necklaces are very varied so far. but there are times whereby i like this charm in necklace A and 2 charms in necklace B. (very hard to please i know haha) is it possible to set up a portal for customisation - e.g where we can specify the length of metal chain and the type of charms we want that you have available.

3. i like the horseshoe design very much! unfortunately, those that i see online are the size of a 5cent coin. do you mind sourcing for bigger (slightly smaller than 50cent) ones for me? i would like it to be a necklace charm if possible.

my humblr opinion and feedback. =)

I wish to see more necklaces which come in pair, one for me, and one for my bestie. so far, the current designs of the necklaces are very exquisite but perhaps have them in pairs? maybe one necklace with a cherry and a key, while the other with a cherry with a lock?
Sorry, i am not very good in design, just a simple example.

MYnt is actually doing quite well in their items and customer service. So I guess perhaps can improve by offering a small greeting card for buyers if buyers are planning to get the accessories as presents for their loved ones? It can sound pretty "sincere" to the buyers if sellers know what's the intention of the buyers.

Another suggestion is how about increase the chances of getting buyers to buy from you again by offering a service like a little discount for their 3rd purchase, or a free bracelet charm after 3rd purchase? I don't mean the whole bracelet, that will be like making losses, I mean those little key, little lock, or little leaf... and once they are entitled to those little charms, perhaps let them decide whether they want to take it or customised into their 4th purchase? I hope I don't sound confusing here...

my feedback for MYnt:
I seldom buy accessories online as I have the impression that the photos are very well-photoshop and that the items which I ordered might not be as what the appear on the photos. but my experience with mynt-shop has changed my impression totally, 360 degree change!

I bought a necklace when I realised I was entitled to a 50% discount because that happened to be my Birthday Month! I was like, wow, that's a great buy okay! To make things even more wonderful, I was invited to join their mailing list to get a free normal postage!! I almost can't believe it! I had wanted to buy somemore but none of the collections caught my eyes. :(

The seller is pretty friendly and kinda fast in all her replies to me.
I got my item mailed to safely and promptly. My necklace was nicely packed with bubblebag, well-taped too. and I was very surprised to see a note from the seller, written birthday wishes to me! I don't know why but I was kinda touched by her service and I felt sincerity in the message for me.

Anyway, the necklace does look true to the photos, and was very well-made and designed. I have received a few compliments when i was wearing it!

We are coming up with besties collection really soon! Thanks for the encouragement and feedback dear! Actually we do offer free greeting cards for buyers who share with us that they are getting it as a gift for their friends ^^ but still, thanks for the note! We shall take more initiatives on things like this from our next collection onwards!

Bookmarks and such

I have never been a MYnt customer, but I fell in love with your Bestowed Gift bookmark too late. Maybe you should consider making such bookmarks more often instead of as a one-off special... they will still be special!

It was my first purchase from MYnt and I must say that the items are much more prettier in real life! (: MYnt has very good customer service too. Thank you for accomodating to my meetup request. I really appreciate it (: I really love the 3 items I bought from MYnt. But I'm quite sad though that the gold colour of the butterfly charm (from Sweetness Touch) has begun to fade after wearing it once. Nevertheless, I'm glad that I managed to wear it out once and my friend even commented that it was a very pretty piece. Kudos to you!

Perhaps bring in more different designs cos they are all made in limited/one piece ! ^^

and also, might want to include the size of the charms, accessories used. eg, putting a ruler beside the charms while taking the photo to act as a rough guage of the size or smthg.

happy like nuts

Hi, just received my facets of hearts and ring today. I mad love the blings on the necklace and the v pretty thin classy silver chain. Its so pretty! but could u all make the pendant in even a bigger diameter? The ring, though simple,its so pretty that I cant control myself and had to wear it immediately. Will definitely shop with u all again=) Thank so much for the understanding towards the payment arrangement=)ying

Hi there, I have just receive my reflections necklace.it looks much much better than the photos!
Very shiny and bling! :)
Good cs - replied my emails fast and delivery is fast too.

My personal thought is that it would make it easier to gauge the length of the necklace if you could have real person wearing it as opposed to a mannequin?
